Last month, I met up with @MMAMcKinney at Wellspent Brewing & 2nd Shift Brewing during his recent trip to St. Louis. Earlier this week, I caught up with David to talk about his St. Louis Brewery Adventures on his podcast.
During this Podcast, David and I talked about his recent trip to St. Louis. We discussed which breweries he was able to add to his list and some highlights from his time in St. Louis. We also discussed 2nd Shift Brewing, which rated high on his list, and a couple of other places that might not have initially been on his radar during this trip.
During the recording, I was enjoying a Wanna Bee from 2nd Shift Brewing. Wanna Bee is 2nd Shifts take on Orval Trappist Ale, using honey instead of candi sugar. It's a Belgian Style Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with Blackberry Farms Brewery in Maryville, TN.
