I have put together a rough estimate of when I expect to start each related task associated with the planning of the tree, since this is a one man operation some of these window can extend or overlap with the others although I fully plan on having the tree setup as early as the Shriners will allow, that way I can provide photos for each brewery to use in their social media to help promote the tree, themselves, and the Feztival.

Today I started the process of reaching out to our amazing local breweries, so far I have received commitment from several breweries.

While I don’t want to call anyone out, several of you have been quick to respond with support and I can’t wait to start coordinating this and sharing the tree and donations once we have a spot inside the Moolah Shriners facility!

It is my hope with this event that the Feztival of Trees can help promote each brewery and the breweries can help promote the event via social media; after all this is all about helping a great cause!
